Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Prayagraj Darshan services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Booking & Payment Terms
Booking Process
1. Package Selection
Choose your preferred tour package and dates
2. Booking Form
Complete the booking form with accurate information
3. Payment
Make payment as per our payment schedule
4. Confirmation
Receive booking confirmation and tour details
Payment Terms
- Advance Payment: 25% of total tour cost required at booking
- Balance Payment: 75% due 7 days before tour departure
- Payment Methods: Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, Bank Transfer
- Currency: All payments in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Receipts: Digital receipts provided for all payments
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation by Company
In rare cases where we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances:
- Full refund of all payments made
- Alternative tour dates offered
- Credit vouchers valid for 12 months
- No additional compensation for indirect costs
User Responsibilities
Documentation
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Medical certificates (if required)
- Travel insurance documents
- Emergency contact information
- Special dietary/medical requirements disclosure
Conduct
- Respectful behavior towards guides and staff
- Adherence to local customs and traditions
- Punctuality for scheduled activities
- Responsible behavior at religious sites
- Compliance with safety instructions
Important Notes
- Customers are responsible for their personal belongings
- We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior
- Additional costs due to customer delays are not covered
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended
Limitations of Liability
Prayagraj Darshan acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers (hotels, transport, restaurants, etc.). We are not liable for:
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest)
- Third-party service provider failures or negligence
- Personal injury or loss of personal belongings
- Changes in government policies affecting travel
- Medical emergencies or pre-existing health conditions
- Currency fluctuations affecting tour costs
Maximum Liability: Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the specific tour package.
